This film portrays the degradation ofeveryday life experienced by a person who feelshe's been wronged by those around him andreleases control to alcohol over what happens tohim. When he tries, Diggity cannot even help adaughter trying to contact her gangster father.Suffering through a bout of self recrimination, herelents and settles for the solace of fishing with hisold friend. However the film is less abouteditorializing than the ironically amusing aspects ofhis unwitting antics. The film was entirely filmed inKnoxville, Tennessee with some of its own citizensacting out Diggity's various encounters.
